I get my lashes done here weekly. There has been good and bad. One complaint I have is the scheduling double standard. They rescheduled me twice in one week and I still paid full price, yet if you cancel on them with less than 24 hours notice you pay full price. Life happens to everyone! This is a ridiculous policy. My lashes are always beautiful, but only seem to last 4-5 days which is frustrating especially for how much they cost... the techs have always been great. The facility is okay, the beds are super uncomfortable. My legs always fall asleep even after the 30 minute appointment. I haven't had this issue at other local spas. The beauty products are expensive, i bought the same size/ brands on Amazon for 20 dollars less. Otherwise the receptionists do pretty good, some of my appointments were booked for the wrong amount of time, but they are very kind. I got my lashes down for over 8 years. My lash lady was out town for my fill. I decided to go here since it was close to my home. I scheduled for a volume filled. Came in the girl said you have a combination fill. I told her no I want volume fill only. The girls phone keep ringing during the service. She would check it and stop it from buzzing. No hand sanitizer was used. Which is professional. She didn't remove any of the grown out lashes I had on. Also she used clusters lashes (premade fans) which are heavier and have more glue. No artist should ever be using clusters as volume fill. The session was only an hour. She didn't even hand me a mirror afterwards to check them. Upfront they tried to charge me 90 for an hour fill. I told them for an hour fill that is ridiculous and outrageous. She changed ot to $55. My lashes...

This place is unbelievable! I have had massages, eyelash extensions and facials so far. I can’t wait to try the micro blading and teeth whitening. Alicia is 100% professional and I couldn’t be happier with my lashes. I was a bit nervous getting them for the 1st time and wanted them to look natural. I have to say they really do!!
