This particular location never has parking to order at walk up window because all the employees park in customer parking instead of the very wayyy wayyy back of the parking lot where it looks like employee parking should be. This location will have many employees inside & 10+ cars outside and rarely have someone outside with a tablet taking orders which in turn makes the line go super slow compared to other locations. 20-30min lines. The drinks at this location are rarely made correctly or dont look nice & pretty compared if I go to the other 2 local locations. They don't ever taste as good as other location so you can tell someone is not following recipe protocols. They also when new flavors come out & will be available at the other locations however, this location will always never have them available & say it will be several more weeks until the new stuff comes in. So you just end up drving to the other locations to get the new flavors. Lots of watered dwn flavors can't taste the coffee too much at just this location. They dont have the whole Dutch Bros vibe going on here they dont play the music outside for customers or anything like other locations. I've also noticed on several occasions that baristas won't ask if you want to leave a tip they automatically add the tip themselves. Read moreThe staff seemed kind and helpful. The set up of the location is horrible! There are 2 lanes that alternate service assuming people behave honorably. I won’t be going back. Background: This morning I stopped as a personal treat to try the coffee my coworker raves about. After waiting a few minutes an oversized SUV pulled up in the lane beside me. When the current customer drove away from the window, the self absorbed woman in the oversized SUV disregarded courtesies and pulled up for immediate service! I was so annoyed I redirected to the exit. While I was redirecting a young lady was making her way out with a tablet to presumably take my order. It’s unfair to the employees to be subjected to the negativity that results from poor facility design and rude people. I feel sorry for the young lady. I’m sure she’s experienced unhappy customers like me in the past. As a result of this morning’s experience I don’t think I’ll ever try Dutch Brothers coffee. A $5 cup of coffee is how I treat myself! Read moreI used to love going here all of last year - not so much this year. Last year it was a celebration and the highlight of my day whne i went to this DB. This year the staff (except maybe one if she's still there) are whiny and not so customer happiness focused. Rather- I've got a talking to/whiny suggestion for me not to order on the app if I'm already too close to the store... Guess what? sometimes it's a last minute thought and I want to treat myself but rather than them being happy for having me as a customer I have to hear them tell what to do or not? did i complaint if I had to wait a little bit? no- not at all. Might start looking for a different coffee shop but I do suggest quit whinning to your customers for showing up and wanting to treat themselves to a coffee.
