Wasatch View Estates — Hotel in Pleasant View

Thanks you moved in here 2012 which my husband which we Hyundais the maintenance management everybody is from grateful to me I'm still here because of the management they're married maybe run down Shaq's trailers there is one of the best places I've lived for a long time knowing that I have house is great they are taking their time to build up new manager is here how old man of great too but the owners are actually taking time to build up houses so it's a great place to live they know when they have to spend money on somebody and when to fix something your does take time but does get fixed I have great friends here is just like a suburb of each other part to move into if you looking for a trailer park RV parking I don't think they're taking rentals for mobile homes like I live in I'm actually thinking of trying to get rid of them all turn into RV park only but don't know how long does it take they're great management and great maintenance team around here to do a lot of work and got to give him up for for that always room for improvement so I cannot give a 5 no one's perfect 9 minutes to the park and not even any trailer park but I love living here of going on five years unit 3 bedroom mobile home it's wonderful and it's the largest home ever owned or rented so anywho the neighbors like best friends we all know each other and we know who to count on when we need people like a little suburb in the in the far west very pleasant view far west north of you I'm sorry if mic suck on my phone! But it help in long I don't have to type anyway I give four stars this place because it's better than an apartment complex the I got a grass fencing line AM proud to be here because there a great managers and great management here that really care for you they don't just stand by and let you say words and keep on singing they actually help you out great people around me how to care RV trailer homes mine or North Ogden friends are right here in the trailer park I'm popular they have 9 foot pool deep pool is great when you can basketball courts close to gas stations restaurant whatever you want close everything and called Tony might actually first best place ever lived anyway that's why do it four stars it still needs help ya since around down soon run down RVs but they're doing their best to fix the one drops that people are living in getting rid of ones that have been empty for ever so I'm already is coming so its clean up a lot this year there's my advice take it or leave it thank you listening and thank you for those people at Wasatch view estates. This is not what Wasatch View Estates looks like. It's located by associated warehouse that area. My friend made a horrible choice when she purchased a manufactured home from stratton homes. It was a brand new home that was grosley over priced. Think he needed some capitol or something she paid close to 70,000 over what she should have only to be in a park that has nothing in it no club house no pool no security. They won't even turn on the street lights. She was told they have internet they don't apparently it was all yanked out years ago. So she has no TV. The soil there is so bad that her home like many others around her is sinking and she can't even close her front door. He home was not setup according to government guidelines neither were 6 other homes uo for sale there. Stratton homes won't even call her back. He ran from her the last time she saw him (mat rice) hopped in his truck and took off. They are so corrupt over there I was told that they new about the soil years ago did nothing about it I guess they hopped everyone forgot by now. So they are dropping homes and selling them. It's a travesty my poor friend has never had anything nice in her life. She has had a very tough life. She was finally able to get something what she thought would be a great place to live out the rest of her life with some kind of comfort and no stress. This is totally not what happened. I honestly cry for her everytime I go see her. Don't get trapped in a over charged death trap. Think before you do business with stratton homes. You will be left...

This place is a nightmare. The owners of the park don't have any good communication. They refuse to speak with prospective buyers. They have been promising that the amenities would be finished since April 2024 probably longer honestly. They cannot handle a lot modifications request for their life and have cost me thousands of dollars. They say something is approved but then it’s not. They are giving me serious health issues with my ms. The community manager is not available to meet she only wants phone contact or email. She doesn't have office hours . She dosent have an office. If you want to move into this community expect to be moved off of lots you have put a deposit on. Expect to wait six months or more for a lot modification request to come back denied. Expect delay after delay and broken promise after broken promise. Don’t expect to be able to design anything based on thier rules because they just make things up as they go. Apparently encouraged means required. They also do not allow for disabilities which is discriminatory. They want the entire lot to be baking your home in the summer with full rock landscaping no trees and ugly aesthetic. Stay far away from here. If the fact that it’s a new park and half the homes are for sale and haven’t sold in over a year I don’t know what else to say. silver king owns this park I don’t know what they do in others but they should be ashamed...
