Their washers and dryers are AMAZING. payment is simple with the laundry card. The help here is always so good. Especially Shawna. Except tonight Monday February 3 2025. I've seen this lady here for a while. I don't bring my kids to work but whatever. And she were not so rude and outright hostile this place would be better. I was the ONLY person in the building and I asked for a 5 minute call on a finished full size dryer. Her response was ambiguous so I wasn't sure if she had acknowledged my request. I was literally the only other person in the building and she was milling around doing ANYTHING but helping me. Then she was watching from the two-way mirror because after 6 minutes I did help myself to the dryer because I don't have all night to play games, at which point she came out with all sorts of accusations. Just waiting for me to do that. I found out her attitude is because she thinks I am someone who cussed her out in front of her kids last time I was here. Other than the fact I've never done that in my life and I would never talk to a woman like that, especially someplace where I'm a regular customer, she was adamant to the fact that it was me and that I was no longer allowed here and if I didn't get out she would call the police. I didn't stop talking to her she would call the police. She said she has video of it I said I would like to see it. Then of course she did not have video of it. I did the smart thing and got out because she is clearly hostile and adamant of my identity. So I guess I would like to know the time and date of that incident, if it's even possible that it was me, and if any video footage exists I would like to see it. When it is proven that it was not me and I've never done anything of the sort, Mayflower has an employee threatening me and threatening to call the police on me because she thinks I'm someone else, I would like that employee terminated because I am a good long-time customer and your employee just threatened me. I'm just trying to do my laundry and I could get trespassed from the only place I go because of this rude and entitled employee wants to power trip? We were the only people in the the store. She could have emptied that dryer out at any point and let me get on with my day. But she thought I was somebody else so she was intentionally rude and hostile towards me. Now I'm just sitting in my car where I can see my dryer working to make sure she doesn't go by and open it and ruin my clothes for the night. The worker this morning was rude. We wanted to wash our clothes and the blond rude lady with the pony tale said she was using that machine. The washer was empty and not in use. Rude worker said she needed it for a customer. I said. I m a customer. She said I didn’t need to be rude. We have been there several times and have not liked the dirt and filth. The bathroom it very disgusting. There is dried poop in the dryers and last time the worker offered no solutions. Today was the last straw. Rudeness by the workers is not acceptable. Their prices are higher than others in the area. We will never go there again and u can bet I will tell all the people I see in the other local laundromats of our experience. Rude workers! The music is so loud you can not make calls or get them! I asked they could lowers it !! Or move the chairs away from the Tv which has this ridiculous music above your Head so loud!! She responds by say I g this has been like this No the chairs were on the other side we you could hear phone calls! So she says go way back in the kids room to sit!! Wow great customer service!!
