ThreeV Sandbar — Restaurant in Plymouth

Gorgeous day in Plymouth , feeling the vibe . Chose to check out Three V sandbar. Like the setup , great potential . That’s where the good news ends ! I should have been clued in when the drink line was deep and the food trailer line was empty . The top two choices ( burgers ) were taped off , it was only 5 ! The other options were meh ! Chicken or eggplant tacos ( eggplant tacos !!!) we ordered fried cod ($20 ) fried clam strips ( market price ) and the chicken tacos . I picked up the boxes ( I need to emphasize they were very light , clue #1) fried cod 2 pieces of cod the size of a small rock were floating in the box , I ordered pickles as a side , 1 Mr dill flimsy spear . Ok let’s try clam strips , when I say it was. A 4 oz cup of burnt heavy breaded strips I’m being generous , I ordered chips as a side , it was a bag of jalapeño bag chips ( jalapeño !) and the chicken tacos were confused in flavor ! The most concerning part of this review is the filthiness of the visible trash right st the food trailer . A crate full of disgustingly dirty rags . Empty boxes thrown , plastic wrappers. Don't get mixed drinks nor food. Only come for the atmosphere and canned drinks. Our espresso martinis were just a mix poured over ice. They didn't add vodka and neither did we taste any that might have been in the mix. It was also filled below martini level even with ice in it. Without ice it may have been 2 ounces. When we ordered food we got the smash burger and they weren't sure if they could make one. Probably the simplest thing on the menu. We both ordered with pink and they were dry hockey pucks and not even smashed. Just conventionally (over)cooked patties. And buns were dry so could barely get it down. Nice setting that's all. I was excited to eat from a food truck, sooo disappointed. I got the clam strip dinner. Those are not real clams. They are ones you get from the frozen section in the box. Just a piece of hard burnt bread that were hard to chew. The coleslaw was horrible. The fries were okay. Most people were complaining about the drinks. Total waste of money.
