My brother told my dad to give this place a go for pizza as they deliver so we gave R&V a solid try third week 12/2022. Was impressed with the phone calls and their patience with my questions. The first night we got the Spinacotta pizza and we called after one hour after our order was initiated -ten minutes after it was expected which was also 15 minutes before they closed at 8 PM- which is crazy early btw. It was just okay the leftovers are still in the fridge… I enjoyed the fried dough bites appetizer but not good after they get cold. Then a few days later we got two subs and again the ordering was very good. I picked it up without issue. I saw they had nice deserts so I picked some up. I have to say the Montilios desserts are the best thing they offer. The food looks delicious -but it’s lacking in flavor. The subs were gross and pizza is mediocre at best. We got the chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo and the chicken is cooked nicely though has these little hard grizzle pieces that you would chew and have to spit out and all the vegetables must’ve been sitting on the bread that was toasted forever before the chicken came out cooked because it was pretty soggy and kind of fell out while eating it was so nasty 🤢 y-yuck. The steak bomb was very greasy without cheese on it- again yuck. And no they never asked what kind of cheese I wanted. The onion rings were awesome but definitely bagged dumped- they were eaten on the way home. This place is likely an appetizer and dessert spot. Anyway the pictures look good - but nope 👎 It’s a hard pass. We will come back for the desserts. It’s still Squinny’s and Sawtell for for the local win.

The delivery driver was very nice. That's where this love story ends. If this pizza could talk, oh, the stories it would tell! My guess is that whoever made it was having a very bad day or was mad about my lactose intolerance. I will say I've never before gotten a cold, disheveled pizza at any location, but there's a first time for everything. ***update*** I got a call, and they apologized and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service.

My family and I walked in tonight (July 4th) and due to the Holiday many area restaurant's were closed. I called first to check and see if they were open, and was greeted by a friendly voice and felt as if I was the only customer they had. I told them I would discuss with my family and call them back. We were right down the road, so we just went in instead. We were greeted by friendly staff, who promptly took our order. While we waiting, the place went from steady to SUPER busy. The phone was ringing off the hook, orders were flying in all over the place, and lots of people were coming and going with food. Suddenly (I assume the manager) called over to my family. He apologized and said that he not only lost our ticket initially, but he also misread the slip and made the wrong kind of pizza. Due to the mistake (and delay), they comped the WHOLE MEAL and apologized up and down. I worked in the restaurant business for 21 years. I have not seen "recovery +1" like that for YEARS! This staff and manager were absolutely FANTASTIC and blew my mind. They were fantastic and I can't believe the level of ownership and desire to make things right that they had. Will be back and will tell our friends about the quality of food...

I am that person that usually orders the same thing all the time well most of the time. This is actually my first time at Rose and Viki’s and it was rather great. I order a delivery for my children and myself, sounds easy right? Nope not for this lady. I thought I’d go online click a few buttons and bam all set well I like calzones and I love spinach chicken and a lot more stuff; well who really wants to build that? I called instead and asked to smoosh two pizzas together and make one calzone and man did they make it work perfectly I probably paid for it but it didn’t really seem that way to me as it was deliciously being eaten so at this point I do not care it was great they did EXACTLY what I wanted it was just like the calzone from my favorite Greek spot when I lived in NYC. I can’t...
