My experience with New Age Technology on several projects has been phenomenal. I started with New Age Technology on a small project of $2,500, which ultimately ended with plenty of add-on projects of more than $100,000 over time.

Chad, the owner of New Age Technology, tuned our home into a high-tech ultramodern smart home that’s beyond imagination. Various projects he has done at our home are, building a new movie room with fiber optics ceiling that one can experience only in any commercial theater halls, Control 4 lighting automation throughout the home with 100+ C4 switches and controlling keypads having more than 30 programs to operate from anywhere, fully integrated home music system with high-end speakers in 10+ rooms, network/ Wi-Fi upgrade with highspeed internet and ethernet connections, outdoor landscaping lights etc.

We can’t be more pleased with the service he provided and every penny we spent on his projects are well worth. Chad and his crews have been extremely professional, humble, and the best part is Chad never gave up on any challenges or complications that he faced while executing these projects. Big companies like Best Buy told us that building a fiber optics ceiling with shooting starts in the curved ceiling of our movie room is impossible, but for Chad, nothing is impossible.

Chad also stands by on his work. Anytime we had an issue with anything he has done, he jumped on it immediately and resolved within 24 hours. It is my honor to recommend New Age Technology to anyone looking for someone for any indoor or outdoor low...

I would not recommend this company. I hired him to install camera for our business, but not happy with the service. I got charge for 4 hours of training, but I only got 15 minutes of training on how to use our camera security system and how to use the app. I've asked him to come back to do more training and to install the app on my laptop, but it's been almost six months and he has not shown. He kept on promising that he will drop by, but this did not happen. The after install service, I would say is very poor and very bad.

When I added 3 new cameras, he installed a smaller version of cameras which are not the same one that was previously installed. I was expecting to receive the same camera as the other one already installed. I also showed him the area I want to capture when he installed the new camera, but it appears that the new one he added was capturing the same location and view as the other one he previously installed which is redundant. Am actually viewing almost similar to the other camera.

He also installed Direct TV at our home, however we have to cancel the direct TV and the plan. My husband got frustrated with the remote and how to use it because he did not integrate the remote system properly. Each time my husband uses the TV, it defaults back to his Playstation and it was so hard to navigate our TV using the...

New Age worked on two projects for us. A larger project for our HOA clubhouse and a smaller project for my personal home. The larger project was difficult, but the New Age team stuck with it and the end result was everything we had hoped for. The team is excellent and could easily work for one of the larger companies. But their smaller size allowed for flexibility and creativity we could never get from a Best Buy or orger company. The owners are very hands on and able to pivot quickly. They were not the cheapest, but their excellent and flexible work made them a very good value for our projects. All hardware was sold at competitive pricing.
