I go through the drive-thru at this location almost daily before beginning my commute to Miami. It is much easier to get in and out of than the location that is closer to Powerline Road.
The staff at this location is AMAZING! There is a distinct difference with this team as opposed to the other location. They are always friendly, smiling, quick with their work and they actually seem to like working with each other.
I've seen interactions with other "regular" customers, and it is no different. They know people by name and go out of their way to make people feel welcome. I can only attribute this to having great leadership at the location, and leadership that assembled a great team when the location was opened.
There are a number of stand-out team members, unfortunately I'm not as good at remembering names as they are, but I have to give a shout out to Aaron. He's usually at the drive-thru window and just seems to enjoy making people smile. He always greets you with a smile and asks how you're doing.

Read moreStarbucks is a go-to for reliably unhealthy, overpriced and processed food on the go. We all do it. I usually get a cold brew and lunch sandwich. While one would assume if you only see 2 cars or less in the drive-thru that your order wouldn’t take 20min. Besides the slow service before 9am and abysmally slower afternoons, the staff is unprofessional or aloof. A newer cashier hovered around the register with my drink in hand while chatting up friends at the order screen. The 2nd customer expressed that she has a nut allergy.
How did I know? The employee proceeded to make a scene among her coworkers saying - she has a nut allergy, ma’am I don’t know what you want me to do about that!
Maybe, don’t kill her and inform your teammates who are preparing her order instead of parading around like a child.
Anyway, if you’ve got time to kill, don’t have allergies to their menu items, and have the grace of a saint, feel free to order here.

Read moreI’d like to think by now an order that is so simple can be done so simply made but everything that I asked for on my order I didn’t get I asked for extra crunch. I tasted no crunch. I asked for double blended. It was still frozen. I mean, I don’t know, but I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks. I tried you guys out for a good year run and you were consistent sometimes and now you’re just inconsistent so I’m good. I might just not be going back to Starbucks like Altogether because if you guys are looking at a recipe and I understand different hands are touching it if you guys are looking at a recipe, the coffee should taste consistently to the recipe that you were looking at because I know all your drinks have a recipe.
