Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. While most of the people working were nice. One guy ruined it. When I go to the car to test drive it, it wouldn't start, battery was dead, which I can understand. Maybe the car was sitting for a long time, or someone who worked there left a light on in the car. So they jump it and car starts right up and sounds good. I take the car for the test drive and decide to pull into a parking lot to check out how the engine looked and see if the car had any problems starting again. Of course, the car does not start. Battery dead again and I'm still very understanding, it's a bad battery, easy fix. I'm also still very interested in the car cause I think it's cool and drove fine. I call the dealer to get help. They are still very nice and apologize and tell me someone is coming immediately. 2 people pull up from the dealership and this is were it goes bad. One of the guys who came says "what is a test drive?". I reply very nicely "a test drive is a test of everything about the car, like if it starts, but unfortunately the battery seems bad". The other guy jumps it and it starts right up. The guy speaking to me, says to get my backpack out of the car. I'm thinking, I'm getting in the car they came in to go back to the dealership. The guy tells me I'm not supposed to test anything about the car and starts going off that I'm not supposed to do this. He then gets in the car, and drives off leaving me there, in a parking lot about 7 miles from the dealership. I then have to get an Uber back to the dealership to get my driver's license that they are holding during the test drive. The car salesman apologizes and gives me my drivers, but doesn't really seem to care. I told him that I had been still very interested in the car even with the battery problem, up until that guy came to "help" me when the car died. But definitely not now. No one should go there unless you you like that kind of car sales experience. Worst...
Read moreI recently purchased a used car from Mr Car, ran into Bill, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and it was all thanks to Bill, the sales representative.
Bill’s Attentiveness and Expertise
Bill took the time to listen carefully to my needs and preferences. He understood that I was looking for a reliable vehicle that would fit my lifestyle. Unlike some other salespeople I’ve encountered, Bill didn’t push me toward the most expensive options. Instead, he genuinely cared about finding the right match for me.
What impressed me the most was the variety of cars Bill presented. He didn’t limit me to a specific make or model; instead, he showed me several great choices across different brands. Whether I wanted a fuel-efficient sedan, or a zippy hatchback, Bill had options ready for me to explore.
Patient and Informative
Bill patiently answered all my questions, explaining the features, mileage, and history of each vehicle. His knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and he made sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is a rarity in the car-buying world.
Smooth Transaction
Once I settled on the perfect car, Bill guided me through the paperwork efficiently. He ensured that I understood every detail, making the entire process stress-free. I appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout as I was buying a vehicle in person but paying from my Canadian bank accounts.
Final Thoughts
In the end, I drove away in a fantastic used car that exceeded my expectations. Bill’s dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. If you’re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Mr Car and asking for Bill. You won’t be disappointed!
Thank you, Bill, for making this experience memorable. Five stars...
Read moreTransaction and sales went extremely smooth with Bill. I purchased the car online with no issues. Upon receiving the car, that’s when things went south. There were 4 different branded tires one of which was put on the car BACKWARDS. This was on an AWD car….. look up what happens when you put on directional tires incorrectly. The power steering rack was completely shot ( car couldn’t be driven) Radiator was toast as well it was pissing coolant and PS fluid all over the driveway once it got off the truck. So much so that the driver called me to complain and wanted me to reimburse him for the truck wash. The struts were completely buckled in and bleeding and had to be replaced as the suspension was inoperable. AC didn’t work as well, The exhaust was completely ruined on the one side and had to purchase a new one. None of this was disclosed prior to the sale and the car was purchased under the assumption “ everything was in perfectly working condition” Yea, the car was never on the lift and the mechanics don’t speak English so they can’t efficiently communicate with their salesmen’s to then relay the info to the customer. How are you going to purchase a vehicle from auction or an individual and not do ANY safety inspection on the car at all?! If I drove that car home I wouldn’t have made it far before I broke down or the crashed from the wheel buckling. I don’t blame Bill at all, I blame YOU DAN for becoming a ghost once I brought these issues to your attention after delivery. Not how you do business at all, complete scumbag for screwing me over on the car. How can you consciously sell someone an unsafe non road worthy car? I know you wouldn’t put your family in that car in that condition or maybe you would because you’re heartless. BUYER BEWARE BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU IF YOU PURCHASE A...
