I had long looked for a local jeweler of top professional skills and service. After visits to several shops, I was disgusted. After about a year of feeling no one locally was trustworthy or skilled enough to handle my needs, on the advice of my hairdresser I wondered into Simply Unique Jewelers in the Kiln Creek Shopping Center. Believe your hair dresser, they know everything. After about 6 months now of dealing with Simply Unique I can not find enough adjectives to express my glee of knowing they are right down the street. They are professional and highly skilled. I have not found anything yet they cannot take care of in house. Cleaning and inspections are free and honest. Emerald ring once had three stones, one vanished, I was not certain a match could be found, but they did, then repaired, built mount beautifully so hopefully no future problems. A piece that was my mothers, they handled as if it meant as much to them as to me, returned quickly, like new. I wear necklace now proudly. I brought my engagement ring in after a horrendous nightmare experience at Helzberg Diamonds at the Patrick Henry Mall. We were looking to turn my solitaire ring into a three stone, but after waiting four months and hearing the gamut of excuses, got back a sloppily done ring. Anyway, I took my ring into Simply Unique based on the great reviews, it seemed like a safe bet. They were friendly and personable, and willing to fix my ring by resetting it, then resizing and re-soldering it back to my wedding band. Very pleased with Simply Unique. They were able to fix/repair a ring missing a stone in a short period of time. Another local very reputable jewelry kept ring for over 6 months and could not find a lapidary to complete repair. Simply Unique had a comparable stone , knew of a quality lapidary and had repaired quickly. It looks perfect! Additionally they helped me design a beautiful ring for my sister.
