New China Express — Restaurant in Virginia

Less than one star, ordered the shrimp Mei fun the orange chicken dinner platter, an order of spring rolls and crab Rangoon, and also an order of the BBQ spare ribs... first off my whole bag reeked of a vinegar type smell which I later realized was the "pork" fried rice...but I'll start with the orange chicken, very very dried out, tough, and all together difficult to even eat and enjoy, it looked as if it was from earlier in the day--it was that horrible.the pork fried rice as well as my side of pork fried rice that was 7$ by itself was a grayish color, and had not ONE peice of pork in it. Nothing like the pictures from the website, from customers, or on the menu board in store, the crab Rangoon were so over fried they were inedible as well due to the hardness of them, and despite me only living 6 minutes away were stone cold once I opened them Instead of spring rolls I received 2 rolls of the lumpia..... the BBQ ribs were just the same as rhe orange chicken dry and old looking. the shrimp mei fun had absolutely no flavor almost tasted like water. All in all after being charged 52 dollars for said items and the only thing enjoyable was an egg roll is highly dissapointing and I will not be coming back. I will be calling to speak with someone tomorrow In regards to a full refund seeing as how almost all the food is still sitting on my table untouched. Absolutely ridiculous. And to be told it cost that much due to the price of egg rising which is obviously nonsense, to get home and that be the quality of the food is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will personally go out of my way to sway friends and family from never visiting your establishment....

I Would give them Less but that isn't a option. These people are theives!!!!! I repeat Thieves!!!!!! I have lived in Va for 13 yrs but mostly up near Denbigh Area and I loved my Chinese food places up that way. Recently I moved on Jclyde and had a taste for Chinese food and ordered from this place. First off I thought they where a little high. I just ordered a general tao chicken meal and a 4 chicken wings meal. The guy charged me 16.10 I was like dang that's high but okay. I really liked there fast service, they where there in a like 5 min it seemed so I tiped the guy good. All together my food was 20 bucks for food in tip. Oh n I forgot to tell you that the driver wouldn't give me or let me see the recipe. I took my food and open it and the Rice was white as hell!!! Like what in the world, umm I'm from the mid west we eat are rice brown. Then my General Tso chicken was dry and had no sauce on it. Nasty!!! N if your reading these phoney comments down here that say there good, they probably was paid to say it or friends of the owners. Okay so back to the fraudulent activity , so I say to myself this food is expensive for these two dishes. I look online and there 4chicken wing meal is 4.25 and there General tso is 8.50 I believe or a little less. This man is pocketing the money. He is a tall black man from the islands and he speaks with a ascent. Hes a theif and pocketing peoples money. Not thinking I gave this theif 4 extra dollars for my meals and a extra 4 as a tip because of fast service. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COKPANY. I AM CALLING THIS COMPANY IN FOR FRAUD. ** Just Found Out By Capital One that they LIED and said I came and picked up the food but, I NEVER left my HOTEL, Why do I have Screenshots of me calling them and them Calling me if I picked up FOOD!!! LIARS * Needed food to eat with medicine for medical procedure on 2/7/23 in Newport News, never received my China Express!!! Thieves!!! I just had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago so this procedure required you don't eat after a certain time, wasn't feeling well enough to drive so tried to order delivery after 30 mins called said on the way after an hour called said it had been gone, never got it!!! They just STEAL YOUR FOOD AND CHINA EXPRESS WAS NO BETTER FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! "NEVER RECEIVED IT" YA'LL GOING TO GIVE ME MY 33.40 BACK!!! I HAVE A SURPRISE FOR THEM TOMORROW THOUGH..... So you want to show me tracking??? That doesn't mean anything!!! It doesn't make the fact go away that you LIED TO MY BANK!! AND THAT TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AT 715 PM?
