UNIQ Hair Studio — Local services in Port Angeles

I had a great first cut here. I showed up for my second appointment which was scheduled for 9:45am. I scheduled a month in advance, but mistakenly put 10am in my phone and showed up at 9:52am thinking l was early. Shawna then says "oh sorry we'll have to reschedule, l have a 10am". I have hair passed my shoulders and I've never had my hair cut in less than 45 minutes in my life. She gave me a 15 minute appointment slot! I won't be coming back here.

Edit to add: Based on Shawna's reply she doesn't remember my first appointment with her: she ran 15 minutes over time at our last appointment and l left without my hair being completely dry (which she apologized for). l have very thick hair that stylists have a hard time cutting and getting to dry completely in a timely manner.
