I have never really had issues with Grandview until today. My mom went in to get lunch for my son and I (I paid for it) and she ordered chicken strips, jojos and some chicken taquitos. When she dropped my son and I off at home, I checked the bag and the jojos weren’t in there. I immediately called her and told her they weren’t in there. She then called and the woman working was being VERY RUDE claiming she “did too” put them in the bag and was basically calling my mother a liar. I paid for food (2 orders if jojos for my son) I DID NOT get, and in turn, my mom was treated poorly.
Please be aware there is a new woman working there, she is NOT friendly and extremely rude. Ensure if you order food, you have ALL ITEMS in the bag before...

This morning I was kinda in a hurry grabbed a Red Bull went to the counter and the guy was behind the counter organizing donuts. So I’m just standing at the counter waiting to ring up he walks around the counter to where the keep the fresh donuts and starts putting them away while I’m still standing at the counter waiting. So after he puts all the donuts away not trying to speed up at all he walks back around the counter and cleans up his mess then decides he wants to help me. It’s something that 10000% could have waited tell after I got my rebull but I guess those donuts are the priority. Will unfortunately go across the street for my daily...
