By far the worst hair cut,coloring and styling I've ever experienced, and my clothes got ruined from being covered in bleach from foils left unwrapped and unclipped.Megan absolutely ruined my hair, wanted a trim and got 5+ inches off instead and intentionally cut a very short spot in the back of my head in the underlayers so its constantly tangled and it will not be fixable for years! We sent ahead photos of the colors we wanted and she wasn't honest about her capabilities and absolutly butchered and fried both mine and my best friends hair. She couldn't even curl my nieces hair property.Although she issued a refund (minus what we had tipped her) and apologized she put off fixing it twice so my husband and I had to fix my hair at home and my friend had to deal with it.
