The Greenhouse Floral & Pantry — Local services in Port Lavaca

Ordered an item online and paid for next day delivery. It was for a firefighter family who just lost their son who is our family in the fire department. Got a call the next morning stating they couldn’t make the arrangement as in the picture- or even the same pot. I said it was fine just something similar. Was told I needed to pay $11 for transport fees. Why? Because the address was in Port Lavaca. Fine. Then I was told they would call the recipients prior to departure because they wanted to make sure someone was home. I told them no, I didn’t want anyone bothering them as they just lost their son. I was told he was not going to send his delivery driver in his vehicle if no one was home. Why? They were succulents. They won’t wilt. I said never mind. Just cancel the order. Talk about poor customer service. If I pay $90 for succulents and say to just leave them- just leave them. Have respect for the family. And why would you ask me to pay more I delivery if your online checkout didn’t require it and you couldn’t even make the arrangement I wanted?!?! $20 for delivery in the same zip...

Google customer service by phone the person at the counter was a little slow coming down here because she was visiting around back with her co-workers on the busiest days to come Mother's Day and was extremely rude by phone the person calling about the delivery and the confusion about the delivery was very difficult to understand and the owner Jim was rude also all of these people have been very rude I would not recommend it ..pay more at HEB that place is not worthy of a visit.
