Riverwood — Local services in Port Orange

Having just moved here from Massachusetts, I finally have found a place to live. Since the home is located closer to Winn Dixie, I thought I should take the time to shop the store to see the difference between Publix and WD. I'll admit it. I was pleasantly surprised. Winn Dixie is larger than I expected and filled with all the name brands products that I am used to purchasing. The produce department has a large selection with great prices. I am a perimeter shopper, so I walked the produce, meat, seafood, and dairy departments. Finding items that I tend to purchase on a regular basis at lower prices. When I make my permanent move in a few weeks, I'll be back to stock my refrigerator...

Sudivision is great, but the HOA needs to take a breath and leave the dues alone instead of raising them every year and also the ones reporting violations need to check and make sure they do not have violations of there own. It's not the nicest or cleanest strip mall in the area but sometimes Winn Dixie is "the place" you go to. There's a Chinese restaurant that isn't bad. Greenburg Dental, a dialysis center where Goodwill used to be, a Dollar Tree that is usually pretty... interesting, and a few other places I can't remember.
