Super Wok — Restaurant in Port Orange

I would like to say THANK YOU! For making my Special Request. I am going through Cancer-Chemo treatment, and food is a problem. Everything tastes terrible. I can't stand meat right now. I asked for plenty of bean sprouts, and my chow mein was really good. There was a lot of chicken. If I had of known they would be so generous with the chicken, I would have said no chicken, but I didn't think they would be. My usual Chinese place has not been very customer-friendly, so I will not be going there anymore. This place is a little further, but they must care about their customers. Thank you so much! We have ordered from here several times, however last week... the girl who takes the orders was obviously having a bad day. Our order was incomplete. When we called she blamed us for ordering incorrectly and never did deliver the complete meal. We called several times and after several hang ups... since she saw our # on the caller ID.. she said yes... on its way.

She was rude and left a lot to be desired about her customer service. To say the least... we paid for our lunches... but never did receive our complete order. It's not about the $... its the principle of the matter. If we did business like that we'd be out of business.

WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM ANY MORE... AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEIR...

This most unprofessional restaurant in Florida. My whole order was TRASH I ask to speak to a manager because my food had onions in it which I am allergy they came up with whole story about no drivers but offer a credit. Ok I'm cool with that I gave to a family member it wasn't beef and broccoli it had shrimp mushrooms onions etc again not what I order I order BEEF AND BROCCOLI. I called back to speak to a manager it was a lot going on hanging up playing games playing with my money👎 This restaurant is TRASH need to be reported for bad service...sad story my first time ordering here never again but I will get to the bottom of all of this mark my words because I don't like playing with my money especially...
