I went in for the first time since I was recommended by friends of mine. I entered the store there was no other customers there but there was a sales lady at the counter on what seemed to be a personal call. She did not greet me nor make eye contact. She continued talking about work place drama neglecting to offer any customer service. I went in looking for something specific and did not want to interrupt her until she got off the phone. The shelves are not signed or organized in a way a new customer can find product on their own. And they are too close together. Finally couple came in and she asked them if they needed help knowing that I was waiting for her attention. I decided to select a few things since I couldn’t find what I was looking for. She still did not greet me or ask me if I found what I was looking for. She looked annoyed and stressed out. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she still didn’t look at me and said, “no I’m not having a bad day,” with a bad tone and attitude. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, still not looking at me! I said to her never mind and I left without the merchandise because I also asked her if they carried a special kind of brush and said no we don’t without acknowledging me at all. Yet she was able to help the other people without a problem. I will never return to the store I rather find a place that appreciates my patronage. She must be the owner but if she’s not she should be retrained on how to greet and service paying customers or you will continue to...
Read moreDO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Fraudulent store with TERRIBLE customer service. I walked in looking for a LACE-FRONT wig for an install. The female worker was on the phone and barely looked up when I came in. I asked what wigs were human hair. She pointed to the counter and continued her phone call. I proceed to ask more questions about the wigs and she finally hung up the phone to ACTUALLY work. She explained which wigs were LACE-FRONT and said she didn’t know the density of any of the wigs. I selected what I was told was a 13X6 LACE-FRONT WIG only to get to my appointment and realize it was a U-PART wig. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES if she was sure this was the lace front I wanted. ALSO asked AGAIN BEFORE PAYING IF IT WAS A LACE-FRONT! OWNER IS LYING ABOUT HER TAKING THE WIG OFF THE DISPLAY TO SELL TO ME. I truly believed she placed the wrong wig in the box because she went to the back to get a wig & placed it in the box. So, I went back to the store. She proceeded to argue with me, yell and tell me she’s not giving me a refund because I wasn’t “specific” enough with my questions. How does one confuse a LACE-FRONT and U-PART wig!? The only lace on the wig was in the middle part area. She proceeded to argue, yell and state that she is not giving a refund or exchanging the item.
