the first time we went after looking for an engine for our 2005 subaru legacy, they said they had one so we went to get it. when we got there (3 hr drive), they said it was the wrong engine and not everything would line up right cause it was from an outback. they called us back a week later saying there was a mix up in their system and it WAS a legacy engine. so we went and got it. looked up the vin number, it was the same outback engine we originally were gonna buy that they said wouldn’t work. now they did give us a pretty big price cut on it considering it was their “mix up” for our first wasted trip down. but all they did was swap a few parts on it and gave us an engine that didn’t exactly line up, couldn’t plug in o2 sensors, problems with the intake manifold, etc. we still got it driveable. engine blows 3 months later and we take it apart. if you’re gonna switch parts out on an engine and lie about what it is, at least make sure you don’t have a bolt lost in the engine when you sell it!! there was a bolt not from us, left in the engine that was beat to hell and back and...

I needed some front end body parts for my Subaru but couldn't find them anywhere near me. Unlike many other yards, Wasson was willing to work with me to have the parts shipped via freight to NY. They offered me great prices for the parts I needed. Even when including $200 in freight (price directly from freight shipper not Wasson) my total was still cheaper than the price I would have paid for identical parts if I found them local. When I received the parts I was very happy to see the excellent condition of them, and my autobody mechanic even mentioned that they were some of the best junkyard parts he's ever seen. Great service from these guys! I had to replace my driver mirror from a hit and run, and called and spoke with Jeff. It was 1pm and Matt texted me to confirm payment and then they immediately shipped out the replacement mirror for my 2010 Expedition. Sent me a photo of the shipping label. Reasonable price for a used mirror with all the needed bells and whistles and it was inspected before being shipped.

UPS dropped it off today, less than 24 hrs later. Quick replacement, all fixed. Will definitely be doing business with Wasson Auto Parts again… hopefully I won’t need to, but I’ll keep their number...
