If you are out of options and forced to use Sierra Applianceâs services, make sure you record, document and upload all of your transactions digitally, so you can send them back to Josefina every 6 months - for the rest of your life lolâŚeven so, you will still be subject to a lunatic screaming at you over the phone. Sierra Appliance bookkeeper/office manager needs to retire. Out of the blue she sent an invoice for a service-call, parts & labor at an investment property we own - dated almost a year earlier. Our former tenant had in fact signed for a repair several years prior to this date, the technician left an invoice, my tenant texted it to me as soon as he left, I immediately called Sierra Appliance and paid by credit card the same day. Should be all good right?âŚwrong. According to the office manager, my tenant requested and signed for another service callâŚthis time the invoice is dated months after the tenant vacated the property (?) Sierra Appliance ignores the fact that we provided proof of this and that we actually purchased the part in question (on Amazon) and my husband installed it himself. The office staff continues to call and harass our former tenant years after he moved out. This very unprofessional âoffice managerâ loves to scream at you when you remind her of your previous conversations, proof of payment and documentation, even photos you have provided to her several times in the past. Apparently desperate times call for desperate measuresâŚsuch as billing customers for services NOT rendered....
   Read moreThe repairman were great they look came in looked at the situation ordered me a new handle for my microwave I accepted black one because they couldn't find a white once they received the part, they came back over and had it installed in 15 minutes or less cleaned up their mess and was out the door. they were great they were very nice young men. I mentioned that I was concerned that the bill was going to be over $250. So they worked it out with senior discounts and because of such a short amount of time they were at the house that they got it under the 250 and I could pay them cash. I thought that was very nice of the company to do that for me. I will call and use there...
   Read moreI went in knowing the part I was looking for was discontinued. I was praying for a miracle. This staff spent an extra 1.5 hours looking for the impossible. They searched eBay and called off the wall distributors until there wasnât another option. Then, the head boss lady even took the time to call a glass company to help me with the next step even though they got nothing out of it. Who does that? I have never been treated so kindly or respectfully by a business. These people really care. I wish I would have gotten names. Go by their office first. They actually care.
