This is not true of one or two staff but almost a dozen I’d come to know and interact with. . With most online companies , customers cannot even locate customer assistance much less be greeted by warm ,affirming and workable assistance. Locating customer assistance is like finding beetles in the rice pot as the saying goes (mine)

EDIT: Was contacted by the Customer Service manager and was offered compensation and free storage.

I sent an email before sending a shipment to ComGateway, asking if my item, an apple smart battery case would be able to be delivered. I was told, Yes, no problem - as long as when it arrives, ComGateway will repackage this into a proper box for shipment.

A couple of days later, I received an email that my item had arrived at my address, and since it contained batteries (PI 965 II battery) it had been repacked and was ready for shipment. Fantastic I thought... I paid the fee for shipment, and thought that was the end of it and looked forward to my package arriving.

I then received an email stating that since my package contained PI 965 II battery batteries, it was UNABLE to be shipped. This clearly contradicted the email I was JUST SENT, and I was furious. How can you justify this poor support and users contradicting each other.

ComGateway then wanted me to pay a $4 fee, even though it was THEIR fault?

I expect this item to either be sent out OR a full refund from ComGateway to be given for the value I PURCHASED of the product ($111 NZD) - Since ComGateway opens the packages for inspection and repackaging, I declared a lower value.

I am willing to send proof of the item purchase amount, and expect a phone call from Neil as soon as...

Little did I know that I could actually save a lot of $$$ when shopping US stores online. Here in the Philippines, buying US brand in retail stores are expensive. A friend suggests using comGateway if I want to get US items in a cheaper price and have it shipped to my doorstep. I tried and was surprised of the cheap deals I found on Amazon. I immediately registered to comGateway and got my free US address.

Another thing I loved about comGateway is they gave $15 off on my first shipment (this on top of their low shipping rates in the Philippines, WOW!) and received my package 3 days earlier than their standard delivery date which is 5-8 business days.
