Just had the most messed up experience at Chipotle and it was my first time here. First of all it took him 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. And then when they finally got to take in my order the check to start putting it all in a bowl and it being the end of the night I figured hey maybe it's not warm maybe she's going to heat it up and she lazily through everything into the bowl. And then when she was done and I realized that she's not going to put in a tortilla and she was trying to give me a bowl I told her hey where's the tortilla. She then gave me super attitude saying that now I want to tell her that I want a burrito when I didn't say that in the first place I might lady you didn't ask me if I want to bowl a burrito or taco the first thing you asked if it was white or brown rice. Like I don't care if you have to remake It remake it. She continued to throw attitude about me asking for a tortilla Which is insane because I'm paying for it I want what I want and if I wanted a tortilla you put it in a tortilla that's what you get paid to do is to serve people. She then refused to serve me and then the manager on duty comes up and asked me to leave because her crew member does not feel safe. Okay on the many lines of how this is inappropriate. If you do not want to do your job go get a different job because people like me who have to eat when they have the time and there's very limited places that are good to eat besides going home and making food don't want to have to argue with the lazy employee who doesn't want to work but wants to get paid. Her attitude deserves a write-up. And I'm going to follow this until something is done about this because this is no way to treat people and I'm tired of people thinking that they can treat people wrong and like dirt and get...

That Lyla girl at the register is extremly rude. I only get a bowl if they have chips, I asked and they said they did. When Lyla rung me up, I asked about my chips and she said they didn't have any. I asked them to turn my bowl into a burrito and she told me to get in the back of the line. Extremly rude employee. I hope she gets fired.
No use in complaining to there website as the response it copy and paste and clearly that same rude person is working there. Multiple people have complained here in Google about the problems and the manager responds with the same "complain to our website!" Instead of addressing the problem themselves.
Still horrible service, still missing half the menu ingredients, still dirty. Everyone working here looks like they want to die and not be there. Entitle brats. Would never recommend this location. I hope they go out of business and get replaced with anything other than them.
Changed my star rating. This place has gone downhill tremendously. They randomly change their hours which don't reflect any website. They just hand write it and post it on their doors, so by the time you get there, they are already closed.
They also ALWAYS are missing stuff. Whether it be they are out of certain food items or utensils.
Its kind of pathetic how they are ever barely open with half the items on their menu, yet they will still charge you full price.
Just close already if you are hanging on by a thread. I blame their...
Read moreThis is one of the best Chipotle restaurants I've experienced in the region.
Their line cooks greet you upon entering, they compose your custom meal with alacrity, and always bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction. You can go anywhere for affordable Mexican food, but it is specializing in surpassing your expectations that delineate this franchise from other Chipotles as well as other Mexican restaurants.
They provide the same choices of white or brown rice, black or pinto beans, chicken, pork, beef, or sofritos, mild, medium, or hot salsa, sour cream, corn, cheese, guacamole, or lettuce. They also provide a sundry of beverages including fountain soda, bottled carbonated juices, and alcoholic beers.
There are both indoor and outdoor seating weather permitting, and they have several seating options including high table stool seats, regular table and chairs, as well as low table low stool seats. They are diligent in bathroom cleaning and maintenance, so you can expect the same hygiene ethic in their kitchen and cooktop grills. They even have dedicated 15 minutes parking spaces in front for quick pick up of your earlier online, in app, or facsimile orders.
