Sandy Plaza — Local services in Portland

I appreciate the newer owners trying to update to attract new customers and filling up empty spaces with things people might enjoy. I have seen since they somehow got away with making new parking and traffic flow with dangerous ways for drivers in and out of this location. I can not see how they got permits from the city to approve what they changed. I have now seen cars damaged from items they have tried to install. The little bit of space they used to create new parking makes little sense too. They customers coming into the parking lot are now confused with traffic flow to no having to be careful not to hit another car just getting out of your parking space since you have little to no room. If cars are following then you can no get out since people now park more randomly. No way the city approved any of the plans they self did to they...

Not the type of place I would normally review but I'm this close to level 7 so Im tossing ione in. I hate to give a negative review based on visuals alone but it is kinda rundown, just a run of the mill plaza.
