On 8/24/22 I visited your store, while waiting inline a lady was getting frustrated because her card wouldn't go through. I've been there and it is embarrassing. I understand you just want it to work so you can go home. She kept telling the cashier she had so much money in her account. She told him which items to take off and he complied with her wants. He asked her each time to try her card again. She just kept getting more frustrated. She told him he wasn't doing it right and he needed to put the amount in her account in the machine. He politely explained she was still over the amount she had and she needed to please tell him what items to remove. She wasn't listening, lady behind her tried to explain to her what the problem was. She kept saying over and over the cashier wasn't doing it correctly. AND he smiled and told her mam, if you just show me what items I can take off the bill, then he would be glad to do that. She accused him of laughing at her and demanded to see the manager. Lady behind her paid the extra for the groceries. BUT I want to say your cashier Vincent was so polite, patient and he really did try to help. He gets A for effort in my book, he was never out of line...

Immediately as soon as you walk in, the employees seem to walk and interact with their customers with a negative attitude and presence. As i proceed to walk into the bakery aisle, i ask the lady to place on a birthday cake “Happy 10th Birthday (Name)!” When I got my cake back, all it saids was “10th (Name)”.....i thought it was a joke, sadly it wasnt! So i went to customer service and told the lady at customer service that i do not want the cake, she saids to me “you dont want it!? Why you dont want it!?” In such a rude manner, i was appalled. The employees seemed to have follow suite and has changed their professional demeanour, they're a lot friendlier and helpful now, well most of them are, my problem is the deli, when I call the deli, they either don't answer, or something else like no chicken, stove/oven is broke something! So I go to the store and order, I ask for 24 wing dings. The person says they only sell 6, 12, 18, 30! I said ok I want 24 pieces a 6 and a 18. She was very combative!
