First to start I was 30 mins late for my appointment because i could not find the location. They were understanding. When I arrived, NEITHER of the stylists and the other client were wearing masks. They required me to wear one and checked my temperature and had to wash my hands but they did not take any precautions. They stylist did not bother to actually look at my hair. I was a first time client and I expected her to ask me what I was trying to achieve before touching my hair. She haphazardly washed it. When she finished I explained that my hair retained water and she probably shouldn’t plat it for the dryer. She did it anyway and did not bother to put any heat protectant on my hair. I sat under the dryer for 45 mins plus an extra 15 because it wasn’t adequately dry. Mind you I got to the shop at 10:30 and my hair still wasn’t dry by 1217. The lady then proceeded to give me a trim and literally chopped it. I didn’t leave the salon until 2 !!!!! Moral of the story! Do not go here! Twonisha and her stylist were absolutely amazing. We wanted to get our daughter's hair done by a professional because I was tired of being a kitchen beautician lol and needed a break from always doing our daughter's hair. Well her hair turned out beautiful and not only that, they also took the time to educate us on natural hair care. They did such a good job I decided to get me and my granddaughters hair done too!
