Had a machine get rebuilt. Pick it up , take it home don’t run right call them they say” bring it back we’ll see what’s going on” so I did. Ended up being the rebuild they done on the engine. No bid deal you know fix it right the first time would have been great but oh week fixed now. So they try to charge me for the mistake of their mechanic job. Deny the bill end up agreeing after and hour of discussing. They drive it around to the trailer leave it for me. Get out there see the plastic engine cover is off and insulation is in the floor. I go back inside part counter say hey can I get someone to help me get this back on. Part counter is great go get the mechanic. He comes out tells me i have to pay for the tabs that connect the two. I deny it. While we’re waiting the engine starts idling funny high and low. High and low. So I ask what’s that. He tells me oh that’s normal. So any way their mechanics don’t seem smarter than someone trying to work on a bicycle. Taking machine now to different Yamaha dealer to hopefully to get the job done right 3rd time...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I made the mistake of trusting this company to honor a product purchase, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I had to drive 4 HOURS to pick up an item I had already agreed to buy. After confirming the pick-up details with a salesman/technician, we set a specific date and time. I called to confirm again the day of and was assured everything was set.
But as soon as I was 1 hour into my drive, I was told—without any prior notice—that the item had been sold to someone else. No explanation, no apology, just complete disregard for my time. This completely wasted my day, cost me gas and travel expenses, and showed a shocking lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for customers.

Read moreI have a 2011 Yamaha Vstar xv250. I've brought my bike to them twice now as the bike won't start, it bogs, sputters, basically not operating at all or in a good manner. First time they serviced the carbuerator and the choke. Ended up fixing it for about a couple weeks, and it's right back to where it was. Bring it back a second time for them to service on it, they did the carbuerator again. But this time surprised me saying the battery wasn't working. Had them replace the battery and service the carbuerator again. They claim its fixed. Bring it home, won't start, dies while giving it throttle. Again bogging and sputtering. 500+ dollars so far and the bike still is in the same condition it arrived in. I'd be glad if they were able to properly fix my motorcycle without wasting...
