7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Poteau

Love that my order is rarely wrong. I order my drinks with light ice due to them filling it completely full to the top and causing what drink you do have to spill out. (That has happened a few times, and they acted like it was no big deal for it to spill out all over my hands the side of my car and in my lap and me having to ask for napkins at the very least.) Nice coffee options, but price is still high. It is about a 5.50 average for a small. For the price for coffee these days and around here it will actually be decent, but still high for me as a daily coffee drinker. The negative is some of the servers (mostly the blond older woman) does not take orders in the correct order of who will be next. She has skipped our car and got all others behind us and at times in other lanes leaving me to pull up to the front without ever having my order taken AT ALL. This is has happened quit frequently at this location and especially with that server. Quit frustrating when this happens and other cars that got there after you are getting their drinks and leaving before your order is ever taken. There should be better points opportunities and deals and less duck giveaway days! All together I love the convenience of it and the taste of their coffees downfall is when you don’t get your order taken or they put too much ice...

I've been coming to the Poteau 7 brew since they opened. I love it. Way better and more cost effective than Scooters. But, there have been several hiccups over the past couple of months that are irritating.

About two months ago, I had a free loyalty drink pop on a Thursday. I was asked if I wanted to use it and I said, "No, I want to save for Sunday, because that's one of my long days." Came back on Sunday and was told that I had already used it. I'm the only one ordering using my phone number. When I asked when it was used, the lady couldn't tell me. My order history showed the last time I ordered was that previous Thursday.

The other issue is during the BOGO event on the 7th of October, I got 4 drinks. 2 of them were stellar and the other 2 were bad. One was an iced blondie breve that had curdled and was lumpy, the other a german chocolate mocha chiller. Tasted like old syrup was used, or the last of the bottle that has been left open for several days. We had to pour them out. Granted...the place was slammed, as it always is on BOGO night.

And then recently finding out that whipped cream/cold foam is an extra 75 cents. But nowhere on the menu does it say that it's extra.

That's just several incidents out of hundreds of great...

Earlier this evening, my friends and I went through the Poteau 7brew. We had several orders. A girl took our first two orders (guessing she was in high school), and she was snippy, but that could be understandable because it was at the end of her shift. However, when another girl came to switch her out, the original girl said to the new one, "They have several orders, the rest of those rats," and pointed to our car. We were in disbelief. When the new woman was done taking our orders, we asked her if the other employee called us rats, and she acknowledged she did but was very sympathetic when she realized we didn't know the employee who called us that. I, nor my friends, appreciated this service and found it extremely unprofessional. I hope other customers will not have the same...
