Burger King — Restaurant in Poteau

A vehicle inside the restaurant 13 years ago began the look we see today. With the multi drink station made so easy, to the little sayings Mr.King places around his restaurants for reasons of laughter and a slice of peace within each one of his customers when they visit. Mr. King is a family man and undstands some days its hard to smile. So he offers a clean, safe, indoor play area for the children to burn off some energy, do it yourself refreshments allowing added flavors if desired, a silly BK fact to read while washing your hands or discarding trash, delicious chickenfries for the road. Yet come inside and obsorb a mouth watering charbroiled whopper dressed with mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, onions, and ketchup blending all those flavors together perfectly just for your enjoyment. 😊🍔🍟 Stop in on your way to work and get a nice HOT cup of Joe ☕ perking you right up to conquer all the day throws your way. .. On an extra note for the Poteau BK I must personally shout out to Ms. Ruth (Ruffy) Paterson for all her years and full dedication she put into our hometown location. Rest in peace,...

The manager or whoever answers the phone on June 3rd has no customer service. I came through and got a spicy chicken sandwich, add bacon, no tomato and when I got home it was just a regular chicken sandwich. When I called I politely told the lady that my order must have been accidentally messed up because I had ordered the spicey chicken sandwich and not the regular. She said acted like she didn't believe me and said "are you sure the only difference is the glaze" to which I told her I get he sandwich every other day I'm sure this isn't the spicy version. She said "ok you have 24 hours to bring the food and a reciept" and hung up the phone... like lady I just got home I'm eating this sandwich and when I come back tomorrow you should only need my reciept I'm not not going to eating dinner because you guys messed up and I'm not driving 20 minutes back up there and 20 minutes back home to get the sandwich I originally ordered. So I'm forced to eat this plain ole chicken sandwich and deal with not getting what I ordered and payed...

Drive-thru @ 9:10pm... Wed night. Whopper Jr Meal, water, cookies. No shakes, broken machine. Asked for salt and ketchup. No ketchup. No ketchup packets (?!!?) At a fast food burger & fries joint? When I said, rather shocked, "Are you kidding me?" The young man responded with, "first for me" with a shrug. I responded with a wry smile and said I wasn't upset with him; he wasn't in charge of ordering supplies... to which he said there had been a bus through - full of kids... sports team... which was supposed to explain why they were wiped out. I asked if they had mayonnaise packets. No.

There was a sign on the window that said extra dipping sauces were .15 ea... so I asked if I could have a couple of those for free, and he was fine giving me some ranch packets. But seriously...? He didn't hear mayonnaise and think, 'hey... maybe Ranch or another dipping sauce...' (?!)

It's not a big leap.
