Update, July 28, 2025 Nothing like tornadoes, lightening strikes and weather mischief to fry all things electrical. Afterward, nothing like no response from your computer says "Call TNS and see if this still has any life left in it." It didn't. I am here to tell you again, TNS saved my bacon in a hurry with a new computer all ready to go in a couple of days. Apparently the storms also took out my brain and shortly thereafter I when I found out my Bit Defender license was about to expire and I was having difficulties renewing, she AGAIN came to my aid, cheerfully and professionally got me squared away with a new license. I managed to make my computer unusable because that's what I do. My company IT was closed today but I finally got a call back from someone due to the dire circumstances.
