Very bad experience with this spa. Purchased 2 gift cards in December of 2019 as xmas presents. I attempted to use them August of 2020. My wife was pregnant and so I requested on August 27th if one of the gift cards could be modified for a prenatal massage. That ask went back and forth for 2 weeks. By the time I got a response, the earliest availability for a prenatal massage was October 24th. I was informed by the person on the phone that the delay was due to them "having issues with COVID".
On September 29th I reached out to the owner requesting a refund for our gift cards for two reason. 1) My wife would be another month pregnant by the time of the available massage (making her 8 months at that point & 2) I didn't feel comfortable taking my pregnant wife to a spa experiencing issues with COVID
As of today, November 13th I have finally received my refund for the gift cards. The owner responded to my refund email inquiry on September 29th, then never responded to my email follow ups on Oct 13th, 21st or 27th. I've also called multiple times as well for updates.
After a lot of back and forth today, I was told that my refund was sent to a paypal account that I did not have. I was also told the refund was sent a few weeks ago. The person on the phone sent me the email verification for the refund and the transaction date was November 12th and the email they sent it to didn't match mine.

Read moreI've been here several times and always enjoyed my massages. The spa itself is clean and cozy, and their lotion line that is also used in the massages smell and feel nice. Recently it feels like there has been some change in the massage therapist lineup, but I think the changes have been good. I have a more pain related need for massage and they are good at listening to my body complaints and using variable pressure. The only reason I am docking a star is because it's next to impossible to get an appointment. No hours after 5 during the week, and if you want a Saturday appointment you'd better schedule it at least a month in advance if not more. They also don't use an online scheduling system so you have to call in. They can sometimes be busy so you might play several rounds of phone tag (they always call back though). I really wish they would have at least one weekday of extended hours for us 8-5ers, or a self serve...
