Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pottsboro

I haven't bought a burger for over 5 years. Today I was going to splurge. I wish I would have fought the urge. I bought a #3 Combo, no cheese, substitute mayo and ketchup for mustard, and the works. I have no idea what that brown thing that's suppose to be a meat patty is. That is NOT meat! It was thin and so weird tasting that I couldn't eat another bite. I opened the sandwich and inside was the hard tasteless ends of a tomato, 5 little chunks of onion, a couple of thinly shredded pieces of lettuce. The pickles were good. The bun was okay. The burger as a whole was awful. The french fries were definitely fried in grease that needed to be cleaned a long time ago. They did not taste like french fries. They tasted like grease, and not any potato I've tasted. Cold and very stale. I never write a bad review if I write one at all. I just wasted $11 on something I wouldn't pay 11 cents for. I am utterly disappointed! This place spoiled the one time I really wanted a burger that I didn't have to cook myself. I can not believe I paid money for that. It ended up in my trash with only 2 bites taken. One bite I didn't enjoy and the other bite to make sure I was tasting it right. yeah... never again will I go there. WOW... I want me money back!!! In 2011 I would drive to Kingston Oklahoma highway 70 to the Sonic that was located there cuz the one in Sonic in whitesboro was so bad with their food quality!!!!!

I moved back to this area In 2022, and it was so much more difference between daylight and dark I won't go anywhere else. All the servers there are very respectful kind and will do anything to help you Whataburger is gotten so terrible in whitesboro I won't even go across the street to look at it cuz the Sonic is so much better.

Take my word for it folks the Sonic in whitesboro is better than anybody in town as far as burgers and service.

And by the way I signed up for the Sonic app and accidentally deleted it off my phone, they had given me a $250 food coupon, when I went to install a new app it wouldn't show my $250 food coupon

If there's any way the manager at the song that can help me out on this I would really appreciate it cuz I live in breese Sonic I'm going to grab one on the way to Sherman today at 2:45. Now One in and out Burger finally get started in Sherman I'll be tempted to go by there instead of Sonic LOL. Melissa is one of the best GMs that this particular Sonic has ever had! I can always tell when she is on duty because the food comes out at an appropriate time, and it's not sloppy and it's made correctly. She keeps the store clean on the inside and outside and she trains all of her employees to make sure the customers are always happy! There has only been a handful of times that I have been there where I've had complaints but I was able to reach out to her and she took care of it right then and there. That is what a real boss does! Also I want to give props to a young lady named Lexi or lex, she took my order on the box and brought out my food and her personality was everything! She took care of me to the fullest extent and I even gave her a $5 tip and I don't do that very...
