Austin was bartending the night of visit! He is so passionate about the distillation process. The admiration I can see in his eyes and hear in his voice when he speaks about the owner left me in awe. To me this was the most amazing part of being there.

All the liquors were amazing. You can taste the layers of flavors with each sip. My personal favorite was the bourbon, so I for sure took a bottle home. I surely cannot wait until he releases the Rye Whiskey in July!

Top notch product! Recent winner of San Fran distillery awards in a few categories for good reason. Gin is citrus forward, smooth, easy to drink and maybe my new favorite gin after Monkey 47 & Amalga’s Juneauper gin)!! The Owner’s delightful mother (covering for owner to travel) makes one mean cocktail off the menu! She used raspberry puree, lemon and rimmed with sugar- a refreshing treat!
