Goodwill — Local services in Prestonsburg

i purchased some items I took them home and they didn't fit my daughter so when I was down to the store area again I took them for a exchange . the store is 30 miles away so I did not return immediately but it was the last day for exchange 10 days well they wouldn't take them back because when I washed them I removed the little plastic tabs so they tell me that they wouldn't let me exchange them and I had bought 2 pair of shoes also and one pair didnt have a tag on 1 pair and the other pair they told me that they were scuffed lol i mean really they were used hand me downs but were in pretty good condition but my kid didn;t like them so I went to the rack and got a pair with no tag on them and I also found a pair that were not even fit to be on the rack for sale so I pointed this out to the manger she was shocked at first the look on her face was unbelievable she was along beside me when I found both pair of shoes so I ended up not getting to return my items but 1 a dress that I had forgot to wash because it was the wrong color and so it had a tag ,,, what a joke I would not have went there if I could afford to buy new and now I have clothes that will not be worn and about 45 bucks that I couldn;t afford to lose .. people tell me why the Goodwill was so...

When at this store today I noticed the code was red as I look through the clothes there was not one red tag . So I ask the clerk an she said that the manager pulled all red tags off the rack.when I ask why the clerk said she didnt no why. Well this is a thrift store that survives on donations from the public. So why cheat the public ? You should be shut down or at least have to pay for people for...

Loved this goodwill!! They have such a good variety of all clothes! Everything is neat and well organized. Had 2 fitting rooms available but only one operational, but that didn't take away from the experience. There wasn't too long of a wait for the fitting room. It's also very nice that there's so many different stores in this shopping center. Can get a lot of different errands done...
