I have been a customer with RAC for several years. Have paid off new washer drier set, Ashley furniture, Tvs. While I have been there they have been changes in mangers. I really hate they do that, once you get use to one they change. But I one have give 5 stars but I have been told on different occasions that something was going to be delivered but it didn't happen on day supposed to be. Then my warranty ran out on my washer they explained the warranty started the day RAC had it in stock. Not when you rent it, that's on fair to the customer. I went ahead paid washer drier off believing that someone would come out and fix my washer because the store manger promise me someone would come out and fix my washer. But it's been over a month now and I'm still waiting. Then I purchased my Second TV and it's not working right I called reported it. Manger promise me I would have a new TV this Thursday but now it's Friday NO TV yet. Then I purchased a new queen mattress while in store, I was given a quote on how much my payment would be with Tv and Mattress. At time I didn't sign no agreement only paid for 2 weeks that was because it couldn't be bundled until my monthly payment was due on TV But the online RAC account sent me email with the agreement price was wrong I CALLED manger he said he didn't give me a quote for the price I told him gave me the day I purchased the mattress. So what do I do it's all he said I said backforth with him. He did promise me he do his best to get my payment down and bring another tv due to the one I have got not working right. But I have never saw anyone yet. And my account is not fixed when I look online. So I really can't give 5 stars Because of things happening to me now. I hate this because at one point I was always very satisfied. I feel like they should have someone to work on my account before payment is due. But I haven't heard from them. Lastly being shawn suppose to have been grabbing a contract form and calling right back never did then got left on hold for 20 min when they said they seen him walking into the door to help me.
