I purchased a 2020 Barnett HyperGhost 405 from This company on October 5th 2020 for $603.00 and received a plastic 5 gallon bucket feeder valued at approximately $50.00. I purchased through eBay due to the quick shipping ETA and at first glance you see somewhere in the ball park of 7,000 great reviews at the time. Once I learned I was shipped a bucket, I logged into eBay, clicked on contact seller, and was prompted with several generic options and I chose “received wrong item”. I then receive an email from eBay that read, “great news, seller has approved your return”! I was also provided a link to print a shipping label to return the item but when I printed it, it was for a 2020 Barnett HyperGhost 405 not the bucket I received. I once again click on the contact seller and this time I click “did not receive my item”. No response. After a couple of days I contact eBay and they instruct me to continue clicking contact seller. I did a couple more times with no response so now I decide to leave some feedback, “NO COMMUNICATION” and boom, I get a message from them. Amazing how that works just as many others have claimed. Of course he is upset because of the negative feedback claiming I never gave him a chance to correct the shipping mistake but I do in fact have proof this is untrue. Now he has refused to refund my money or ship me the correct item unless I overturn my feedback as he has done to many others. Throughout this 2 week headache I have done a little research “as I should have done before making this purchase” and learned of all the “true” reviews about this company. The negative feedback on eBay is climbing daily and there is also 164 revised negative reviews. This means he has bullied 164 other people into overturning their feedback! I have filed 2 complaints with eBay and have proof of them acknowledging that he has violated eBay’s Feedback Extortion Policy but they will not do anything to help me because I canceled the initial return! I canceled the return because I was sent a shipping label to return a 2020 Barnett HyperGhost 405 that I never received and attempted to communicate this with the seller several times with no luck! I decided to stop by and check out their selection. I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. I walked past at least 3 men. I don't know who worked there and who didn't, but not 1 acknowledged my existence. I walked over to the cases to see what they had. There was an employee behind the counter talking to another gentlemen. I took at least a minute each looking in each case. There was about 5. I even had to walk around the man that was speaking to the associate. Not 1 time was I acknowledged or asked if I was looking for anything.
When I was leaving the store, same thing, noone said have a nice day, come back and see us.
I will never step foot back in this establishment. My money spends just fine at other places that actually have...

I am a girl and they NEVER address me asking me if they can assist me. I can come in by myself or with a man or even stand beside a man (who I am not with) while they ask him if he needs help. But me as a girl does not get asked. I came in there with work clothes on not even fixed up and probably had dirt on me, never got asked. I had to speak up asking who do I need to talk to because I had a “toy” shipped in. That was when I started getting help. That is one thing that really pisses me off is they think just because I am a girl that I am only looking while my man does the buying.
