I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Soul Vapor was so unprofessional and frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others.
I visited this shop the night before they closed and purchased a Digiflavor Sour Apple Ice vape. Immediately after leaving, the device glitched and stopped workingâthe screen froze, and it wouldnât hit. I tried charging it, resetting it, and troubleshooting everything I could. Nothing worked.
The next morning, I called the shop to explain the situation. I was told that the person I spoke to needed to check with their manager and to call back in a couple hours. I did. When I called back, I was told (for the second time) that I needed to wait even longerâbecause their manager âsleeps all day and stays up all night.â Seriously?
This happened three separate times throughout the day, with me calling, waiting, and getting brushed off with excuses. Finally, after wasting half my day, I was told I couldnât get a refund OR exchange. I even offered to just swap it for another vape, because I liked the flavor and assumed it was a manufacturing errorânot the storeâs fault. But they still refused to help or make it right.
So let me get this straightâI drove 30 minutes out of my way just to get sold a dead vape, and instead of owning the issue or working with me, they wasted my entire day, passed the buck, and then flat-out refused to do anything about it.
Soul Vapor is a scam shop. No respect for your time or money. No accountability. No customer service. Just take your cash and ignore you when something goes wrong, I suggest anyone reading this go literally...

We waited at least 10 minutes, probably 15 minutes, and no one ever came. We called THREE times and no one answered. We could hear the woman in the back and knew she could see us on the cameras. She completely and totally ignored us. I went out to the car because I was going to leave a note. As soon as I got to my car, the woman (who has mixed juice for me and rang me up several times before) came out into the store and locked the door. So I get out and holler for her and she tells me the store owner is not there and won't be back. She could have rang up what I needed and chose not to. I am appalled at the complete and utter lack of customer service and will take my money elsewhere from now on. I suggest you go to East River Vapor in Bluefield, VA. They have a vast variety of mods and tanks along with any juice flavor you could possibly imagine. The customer service is out of this world. I have NEVER left this place even the slightest unsatisfied. I tell them what I want or what im looking for and they will help you anyway they can and they'll remember you. Your not just another dollar or another person when you walk in. They make you feel welcome and comfortable like a family. They have seats and also have some amazing kratom teas along with CBDs.
