Salesman David Mooney was great. He gets a 5 star review. He spent extra time making sure I was aware of all the features of my chair and offered helpful tips on assembly. Chair was scheduled for delivery five days after purchase. Chair was not delivered, the driver did call. Chair was taken to a town 45 minutes away. Sales people who were at the store this morning (3 women) made absolutely ZERO effort to help me locate my chair. I had to call to verify the chair’s location and was told it would be sent back to my local store tomorrow. I made the drive, lost a total of 4 hours work time, and picked it up myself. This was my second purchase with Grand Home Furnishings in three years. Our sales person was Kim both times and she is THE BEST! Kim is very knowledgeable regarding furniture and took us right to the furniture we described without having to look around. My first purchase was a very large sectional! Great quality and we still love it! The most recent purchase today was a King size mattress along with a smaller sectional for my daughter who will be going to college. Every time you walk in or out, they will hold the door open for you. They always ask what you’re looking for and show you the options. Very helpful and friendly the whole time. I had Ariel Holliday, she was very knowledgeable about the in stock items, and she was honest with me about the timelines for special order products. I was very picky about the style, material, texture, and color, but she was patient with me every time I was there. She even helped me double check my measurements and the individual pieces so I could get the perfect sectional for my house. Will definitely...
