I am not one to complain or write reviews. We all have bad experiences at times and it usually doesnāt dissuade me from using a service. In this case, however, I keep having a constant reminder of my experience and continue to be upset about it. Iām hopeful the business owners to take note of it and possibly learn from it.
I took my daughter for mani/pedi and upgraded as always to the āLavendarā pedicure that includes a hot stone massage. They seemed to be very busy, so much so that the office manager, Jasmine, had to start my pedicure. My tech arrived about 15 mins into my daughter's pedicure, which was not an issue for me whatsoever. The pedicure was shorter than usual, and when she had put on my sandals and started to paint my toes I realized she hadnāt done the upgrade (I hadnāt received the stone massage). I figured that since she didnāt start with me, she hadnāt been notified that I had asked for the Lavendar, and I would just ensure I was not charged for the upgrade.
My total payment including tips was about $155. This included the Lavendar pedicure. When I mentioned that I had only received a regular pedicure, I was told āNo, thatās not rightā. I then explained that I didnāt receive the hot stone massage. Jasmine then yells across the salon to Ruby to ask her something and says back to me that Yes she gave it to me. She then turns to the monitor behind her and backs up surveillance video to my pedicure and starts watching it. At this point, Iām really surprised that they are arguing with me and making such a big deal over $15 on a $155 bill. The cashier is asking for me to pay while Jasmine is watching the video. I ask Jasmine if she has seen the stones massage, she says ānot yetā. Realizing that this is becoming a bigger deal than I care to endure and that clearly āthe customer is not rightā, I proceed to the pay the bill (by the way, they now charge 3% if you pay with credit card). As I am paying, Jasmine walks to go to the back of the store never addressing me again.
This has left a sour feeling, and usually I donāt care about bad experiences (but I keep seeing my toes and am reminded). Itās not about the $15. Itās about how I was treated and the fact that they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had the worst experience Iāve ever had getting my nails done. I want to start by saying that I NEVER write reviews, but unfortunately todayās experience made me so upset that I had to. Iām 20 years old and Iāve been doing my nails for years. I donāt normally go to noble, but I did today because my usual place was closed. Before coming in, I called to make sure they had someone that can take me for a gel manicure, and on the phone they said they did. However, when I got there, it seemed like they didnāt have anyone ready and I had to wait 15+ minutes. Thatās fine, it wasnāt too long. I got taken to a seat and Lisa started getting my nails prepped. Thatās when everything started going wrong. In the first nail she even touched, the drill was too fast and she already hurt me. I flinched and said I was hurt, but she continued. Second nail, again. The third nail she over filed and it was MUCH shorter than all 9 of my other nails. I pointed that out to her, and she barely made a change. By that point, she started talking to her colleague in a language I didnāt understand and it was very obviously and uncomfortably about me (they looked at my face and laughed). When she cut my cuticles, I was so scared and it felt like they were making fun of me. She started getting more aggressive with the filing and hurt me again. The length was so off and the ends were crooked, but I felt that if I said something else, she would be more aggressive and hurt me again so I stayed silent. So Iām now left with uneven nails and this terrible feeling. At the end, she went and talked to her colleagues about the payment. In retrospect, I shouldāve asked how much it was before because I would have never gotten a service there. I was charged $55?? For a gel manicure with a French? Thatās insane. I will not be coming back and I hope Lisa gets more training before taking on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery very bad experience after the pedicure today , and the worst part after not doing the job properly I was told how to get it better by doing few things on my own by the lady at the reception which I would have appreciated if they had actually tried doing their own Job properly first , I always appreciate their work when good and tip the staff well too but today I literally walked out and then tried calling them to express my concern bz didnāt want to create a scene for them in front of other customers which I could do but to respect their work I avoided but when I called back to express they were putting the phone down wout even saying Hello because am sure they knew who was calling because I must have tried endless times which never happens otherwise. So I should have actually told them right there in front of other customers would have been a better idea right. Few indian friends have mentioned staff is not very warm or welcoming esp towards Indians but honestly that didnāt matter to me much as long as they were doing the decent job but this arrogance and then to not even answer the phone when I am calling endlessly forced me to write this review here which I wouldnāt have done that otherwise, we are not coming there to get the pedicure done to just get the nails painted right you would expect a decent service if not the best if you have a cracked feet if I post the pic here one would realize which I saved it for later to post it here they donāt call back to hear my part, I have to let everyone know what the pedicure looks like too bad am really upset with result and then their...
