Tried to buy a firearm for my son. Filled out the paperwork and paid all the firearm except 20 dollars. The lady stephanie was very rude during the first transaction. She acted like it was a very big inconveinance for her to help us. When we filled out the form and paid on it my son used his card with no issue. We waited a week with no response from her on the firearm. We decided to go see for ourselves if they have heard a response back. When we got there they said they havent. But they actually did and never let us know. I signed the paperwork and we was ready to go. We owed 20 dollars and when he went to pay the 20 dollars he said it was a straw purchase. I told him it is not a straw purchase. He is my son and I sell firearms myself all the time. He then told me if I knew that then I should also know he can deny it whenever he wants. All the while Jeff has attitude with me stephanie is behind him rolling her eyes. I told them to give us a refund and we will never return. The worst customer service I have ever seen. They made me feel like a criminal for trying to get my son his first rifle. I work in retail and they have no idea how to interact...

I brought in some jewelry for appraisal and to see if they were interested in a few pieces. I asked about an 18k gold necklace that’s been in my family for decades- the man at the counter seemed annoyed from the getgo and said that he didn’t think it “looked like 18k” and he’d have to send it off (it’s been appraised multiple times over the last 20 yrs/has the 18k mark/ and no one has ever doubted it’s authenticity.) He said that if it WAS real they would pay gold price and quoted me $900, way less than it’s ever been appraised for even years ago. All the guys there are great except for the youngest one but that’s just because he is young and inexperienced. He’s nice for the most part but not that knowledgeable. The other 2 especially Paul could not be better guys if they were programmable. They know their jobs and will bend over backwards to help customers get the best deals that they can offer. As long as you are honest and upfront with them they will do the very best they can to help you. Thanks guys for proving that there is such thing as decent human beings still in this world....
