Lowes Xtreme Air Sports — Local services in Provo

There are trampoline parks and then there is Lowes. They barely fit in the same category.

I grew up as a gymnast and have been to a lot of tramp parks. Most of them are little more than glorified playgrounds with a lot of rules and restrictions. Not Lowes! You can tell that the owners are serious about full body, physical, acrobatic development. Allowing guests to explore, dare, and fail. Even the little kid zone is built to challenge young athletes.

The place is huge and there are several different zones so that, even when its crowded, there is something to do. We usually do the 1.5 hours and the kids want more.

Just a word of caution, it is a bit...um...unruly. There are workers to keep things in line, and generally safe, but they'll let you try just about anything you dare. That may not appeal to everyone (there was an ambulance outside when I pulled up last time), but for me its perfect. I love watching my kids (and myself) build up the courage to do something that scares them, usually over a totally safe foam pit or crash mat.

It seems to be well maintained in the years we've been going. They change things up from time to time and the tramps are a little looser, but I think they replace the main tramp beds and foam blocks often enough to keep them safe.

Bottom line, this is one of my favorite places in Utah. I live in Salt Lake and make the 40 minute drive (past two trampoline parks) to go to Lowes with my family. Check it out, if you're looking for a great workout and...

Would NOT recommend for a birthday party. There are several groups shoved into one area rather than one party room per gathering. It's tucked back in the corner so you can't see the kids when you're at the table. We ordered 3 pizzas and nobody bothered to tell us they had run out of ingredients until we went to see why they hadn't been brought out yet. They suggested we call Domino's (they had an hour wait). The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because of the very sweet kid who gave us extra waters and went way out of his way to run to Little Ceasars and grab pizzas for us without being asked. It made a huge difference and I was VERY impressed by him. I made sure to praise him to the supervisor. Other than the one exceptional employee and the supervisor, the staff doesn't seem to care about their jobs at all. They were rude and apathetic when asked for help. There were zero instructions on where to go and what to expect for the birthday party. No party host. When it was time to pay I was asked how everything went and I politely responded with a summary of our disappointment. They offered NOTHING to comp for how bad it was. No discount. No return passes. If possible I would rate this location 1.5 stars. Everytime i have visited this location there have been multiple people breaking the rules, too little or too much staff, and nobody interested in working. The locations prices are quite high for what your actually paying for, truthfully I don't believe it is worth coming, i also have problems with how they are treating their customers in recent. I was reviewing some of the other reviews, and your responses arent great. a customer was conplaining in one review that a manager at your location was being rude to a child and he told him off so you banned him??? If theres a no bullying policy at this store then why doesn't it apply to the people who actually work there? If your going to make poor public decisions, i believe you should spend time and actually explain why a decision was made. A seperate review stated that they have problems with the fact that you people do NOT want to hear out customer complaints, which is seemingly apparent as you seem to only reply 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews that gain traction. Im incredibly dissapointed in the managment this place recieves and i hope to see and hear that things are changing...
