Appliance King — Local services in Pueblo

About 5 weeks ago, I called Appliance King to see if they would come pick up a washer and dryer set , as I was moving and had no way of transporting them. After assuring them that i did not want to be paid for them, I just wanted them gone, they said it would not be a problem and would pick them up the following Tuesday between 3-5. I agreed to meet them there, as I would have already moved by that date. I show up at three and proceed to wait the entire time, and decided to call at ten till five. They said they would be unable to make it because their pick up vehicle had broken down the morning before (Monday). I understand accidents happen, but a call before I had waited around for two hours when I could have been unpacking at my new place would have been appreciated. They told me they would call when their truck was fixed, though it should be done by friday. After not hearing from them, I call the following Monday to see if their truck was fixed. It was and they scheduled to have them picked up that Thursday, and as long as I give them permission, I would not have to be there when they pick them up as long as they were outside. They had been on a back covered porch from the beginning. A week after the washer and dryer should have been picked up, I am told by my previous roommates who still live at the house that the washer and dryer were still there. ANother call to Appliance Kings was made, where they blamed me for not picking them up because they called me before pick up and I never answered my phone. That is a lie as I never received a call from them, and I did clarify that they had the right number. SO they agree to pick them up later that day (Friday). It has been a week since then, and the washer and dryer are still sitting on the porch. Their customer service was awful, they never once called to cancel or for appointments, blamed me for their own fault, and ghosted me. I will NEVER do business with them again. Rude and didn't communicate. They were asked weeks ago if they could pick up my mothers dryer that was in the basement which they said they could do at the time, however when the time came they never showed up. Called after they didn't show and no answer. Finally got a hold of them again and the man said he wouldn't do it if it's in the basement because it's would be a liability, which is fine but why not state that to begin with of that was the case. I got my washine machine fixed a year a go They were supposed to come back which was still leaking but they never did , a year later started having issues Mind you I paid them 399$ to complete a washer that was never actually fixed So back to the current situation, I called over day of the month I even seen the guy in the appliance truck like hey I guess you don't wanna make any money.
