Myxed Up sold my boyfriend a faulty torch and said over the phone they would replace it if they couldn't fix it. they couldn't fix it and REFUSED to replace or return it. they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and i HIGHLY regret spending 100s of dollars here with the way i was treated. i have missed over an hour of my shift waiting for the manager. the way i was treated was completely uncalled for and i do not recommend this store. they accused me and talked to me like i was some type of criminal and questioned me like i was in an interrogation room. they didn't believe me and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. i even had to call the denver store to intervene. i have never had an experience where i felt so degraded by a retail store that i spend SO much money at. over a $12 torch, they were completely asanine and couldn't even find the receipt in the computer unless the sales associate was lying, which is very plausable. please let me know if you have any questions. don't go here, trust me. it's not worth the stress, drama and stupidity.

Later That Night i seriously cannot believe my eyes right now. a piece that Myxed Up Creations Pueblo sold me shattered ! i only had the electric nail (snow cloud) on for 20 minutes and it straight up shattered 5 minutes after i turned it off. i keep the rig at a temperature of 700. they guaranteed me that this would work. $30 wasted. absolute garbage. these people and this store are a COMPLETE waste of time. go elsewhere. t r u s t me. i would not steer you wrong on...

2 of 3 times I've been there, I was given a non functioning pen, and given the wrong product, with no chance for any exchange or refund. I even called in advance, left my name and problem, and they still didn't care who I was. He even asked for a receipt, because he thought I was a scammer.Today i was flatly ignored by the manager, after he agreed to help me find a product online, when they didn't have the mod I needed, and then all the clerk could do was keep offering me a mod too powerful. Every product they sell has a triple mark up. This dive is way down there with Mary Jane's haberdasher. Terrible. I would give a zero if I could. If they were to make things right, I would take this down, but I don't think that's possible. I highly recommend eBay instead: 1/3 the price, better service, ( idk how that's possible, but it is.), Just Google what u need before checkout. Wouldn't go back if it was the Apocalypse. The manager needs to work on leading by example: Take the initiative and help a distrought customer, don't ignore him and just wait til he walks out on his own..... I should have filmed it. I was looking for CBD for the inflammation from my Multiple Sclerosis. I have come to realize first hand that CBD is the best medecine for my situation: my gait is stronger and more purposeful, my legs stop aching, my focus is better, and because I'm not anxious about my disabilities, my mood is improved. In general I have had difficulty finding CBD -or- the CBD products I like sadly get discontinued for whatever reason. Myxed Up Creations was recommended by a dispensery in Colorado Springs to sell CBD products.

Myxed Up Creations was the best for my particular needs. I am very thankful that I found it and am so pleased with my purchases. The fella who helped me was patient and knew exactly what would work in my situation. In fact, I bought as much as I could from him since 1) he seemed so caring, genuine, respectful, and honest and since 2) I would not be back to CO anytime soon. I appreciate the time he spent with me discussing the variety of options he had available. I wonder if they would deliver items long distance? To Texas? 📦🤠

The locale was a funky head store; there were Mexican-style shawls, oils, tinctures. I wanted to stay longer to...
