My friends and I went here the other night and my friend ordered water. He was given a room temperature bottle of water. He then asked for a glass of tap water, and the waitress took his UNOPENED bottle and brought him a glass. When the bill came he was charged $3 TWICE, and when he pointed it out to the waitress she began to argue the point. When he asked for his unopened bottle of water, she then tried to charge him AGAIN. We loved being at Spotlight! It is an amazing bar/pub filled with regulars that are very welcoming to new faces! We felt right at home! Definitely going back again...
