What can I say? I have never experienced customer service like I received from Adam. Nowhere at anytime! I was searching for my favorite beverage (Orale by Shiner) for MONTHS without any success. Since I live in Pueblo West I started here and moved my way South. I wish I had started in reverse. I must have called 12 or more liquor stores from Co Springs South and no one had it. Now I have shopped at Big Bear for awhile for selection but even they didn’t have it ( nor did they ever offer it to be ordered) As I am making my way through the listings I call Barrel Brothers. The gal answers and said they did not have it either. As I was calling another store Adam from Barrel Bros called me back and told me he would be glad to order it and could have it next day. I was blown away! How easy was that?? No where had even suggested that could be done- not Big Bear, not CoalTrain - no one. But Adam did and I couldn’t be more grateful for him!
