Culver’s — Restaurant in Pueblo

UPDATE: When in the world did Culver's start charging $2.09 for a CUP of WATER? Yes, a cup of WATER? I did not want bottled water, but the young girl stated they NOW charge for all water whether it's tap or bottled and it didnt matter the size. Being greedy is terrible! Good thing I love to give my opinion!!!! One star subtracted for this

UPDATE 08.10.22 My food was terrible today. We even went when it wasn't busy. Fries were soggy and barely warm. My cod dinner was awful. Cod was soaked in grease. Seems like it was deep fried and then deep fried again to warm. PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE BUTTER INSIDE THE CONTAINERS OR BAGS WITH HOT FOOD. I RUINED A PERFECTLY BRAND NEW SHIRT WITH BUTTER OOZING EVERYWHERE. I WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE COMMON SENSE PEOPLE, COME ON!!!

UPDATE 07.25.22 My fish dinner was excellent. Their getting more consistent with food. Outside looks beautiful and much cleaner. I encourage everyone to do reviews bc owners/managers can't be everywhere all the time. I'm a very honest reviewer bc my money is a terrible thing to waste and I love travel and restaurants and of course giving my opinion on everything that matters to others. Yes, I do recommend Culver's 😊

UPDATE 07.16.22 Glad to see the outside was weed free and looks so much better, kudos!! Can you please have the staff that prepares or sacks the food have fresh hot fries!! They are not good today. Sitting awhile you could easily tell. Other then that much better then 3 mos ago of course.

UPDATE 07.11.22 PLEASE clean up your businesses property. The weeds are horrible. It was so pretty when you first opened and now the property has weeds like trees. The outside is clean, but pick the hundreds of weeds around the property and along the Pueblo Blvd side too.

UPDATE 06.18.22 this Culver's is a hit and miss. I just wished they were more consistent with the food. The custard ice cream is really the only thing that is. Some days the food is hot and so good you feel like.... finally!!! Then you go back and it's like.... what happened. I would recommend Culver's bc they are getting better.

UPDATE: 04.09.22 PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TABLES, VACUUM AND CLEAN THE SEATS. THERE WAS NOT ONE CLEAN TABLE, BOOTH AND FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING. YOU DO REALIZE THERE IS PRAIRIE ON BOTH SIDES AND IN FRONT AND BUGS, MICE WILL VISIT. FOOD WAS SLIGHTLY BETTER TODAY BUT NAPKIN KETCHUP AREA WAS DIRTY AS I MENTIONED. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE STRICKLY EATING AREA CLEANER

It's new to Pueblo and been open only 5 days. Lots of kinks to work out and that's understandable. It's hard to wait in the line for drive-thru up to 2 to 2.5 hrs. It take 20 to 30 mins inside and over an hour to get food.

Food is somewhat hot, but it's still working out the issues. I don't think they should have the well trained staff just standing around, but not my business. The kids work hard and I wished it was ran more like Chick-fil-A is.

They need spots to park and have it brought out to you. Acero is packed and yes, neighbors are calling the city bc its a mess.

Sent my daughter to pick up my food for me since I have a broken foot, and can’t go anywhere. She provided at the drive thru the name of order, and was told to come inside. She did; and then she was addressed as if she was picking up delivery therefore needed a door dash number. It wasn’t delivery, she was simply grabbing my food; which on the app states will be in a designated area for her to get. They made her go get her phone, and I sent a screen shot of the order- that still wasn’t enough. So she called me, and I heard the way the manager was speaking to her- I lost it. She’s is 18, and getting some burgers (THAT ARE PAID FOR) and was being given the runaround. Then she handed the phone over with me to confirm. Mama bear came out, and EVEN after confirming on my end the order was picked up(which at the time she was still withholding the food from my daughter) & I confirmed a photo was sent saying order confirmed: she got off the phone without a word, and WALKED AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER WITH THE FOOD. At this point it’s just self importance- it had been confirmed in multiple ways it was infact my order; on the app,and verbally by telling her to give her my food. She still didn’t, my daughter had to snatch it off the counter, and leave. She was humiliated- as not only the manager, but many other employees apparently made this the highlight of the day, and were all needed to sort that the order was infact hers to take. They were very rude to her, so after she left in tears I called to get the managers name so I could file a formal complaint. The manager refused to get on phone & kept putting other employees on for her, and no one would provide the name of the manager for the complaint. I Was told to do whatever makes me feel better which I find hilarious coming from a group of people working at a Culver’s who made it a whole problem for someone to pick up an order they had proof was theirs- but okay. I've lived all over the US and just love Culvers burgers. This was by far my worst experience with horrible service and a horrible burger! It was storming outside and very loud. I couldn't hear the gal taking my order very well. I got to the drive-thru window, she was very curt and seemed annoyed. I paid and she asked me to pull ahead, which I did. When she came out with my meal, i asked her if there was ketchup and salt in the bag. She said that I told her I didn't want any. If she asked me when I ordered I couldn't hear her. I asked her to go get some and she rolled her eyes and sighed, but she did go get it. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. My fries were overcooked and cold. My burger was not hot and the cheese was not melted. The bun was smashed down on the meat and pieces were missing from the bun! I took a bite even though it didn't look very appealing. I could tell this burger was made ahead of time. It was dry and tasted old, not typical for Culvers at all! I decided to go back through the drive through instead of going in because of the storm we were having. I explained the condition of my burger and asked for one to be made fresh. My burger was ready at the window with only two cars in front of me. I know it takes a little longer than that to make their burgers. The second burger I got, was the same condition as the first.
