The young man that helped me was great. I had no problem signing up and they had no problem taking my money. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I was out the door. However, they failed to tell me that as soon as I was closer to my home, I would not have any service. The coverage in my area was non existent. I was told I had 7 days to return my phone if I was not satisfied. When I took it back, I was told that he didn't know what it could be. This was a different young man and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. After getting nowhere with this kid I told him to call his manager. She was out of town and would not be in before my 7th day was up. So convenient. I left with no solution and angry. A few hundred dlars to have a phone with no service. One of the worst places I've had the displeasure to walk in. Paid for my service and never got credit for it. They actually turned my phone off the same night I got it. You can't leave the store with new phones unless you prepay for service. I ended up having to pay all over again and all the store could say was there's nothing we can do call customer service. Only customer service has no record it was paid even though I have a receipt. Going to have to involve the law and treat it as a theft.
