Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Purcell

Okay, five stars for Pizza Hut.. I get it if your experience at this location wasn't as pleasant, but here's my take..

I grew up in the days of dine-in Pizza Hut locations, complete with the red plastic beverage cups and salad bars.. I'm not sure any locations still offer the salad bar or the red plastic cups, but at least this location offers dine-in service..

I visited this Pizza Hut location after church on a Sunday and ordered our large pan pizza through the app for carryout..

I was delighted to find a fresh, modern dining room and a traditional counter where one could place an order to go or get some level of face-to-face customer service..

Our large pan pizza was prepared exactly as it was ordered, and we enjoyed the first half of it at home and set the other half aside to enjoy at a later date..

Is it the pan pizza of old?? I'm not sure that it is, but maybe if it was dished up tableside straight from the sizzling pan it was cooked in, perhaps it would bring with it a more nostalgic vibe..

Was it good and worth the roughly $15 we spent on it?? Absolutely!! The cup and curl and traditional pepperoni, ham, and onions had a great flavor and were amply portioned across the pie..

The service was great, too.. While taking the interior pictures, I was asked if I worked for Pizza Hut corporate as I don't think the employees working today had experienced that before..

All in all, if you want to enjoy a Pizza Hut that can offer at least some type of nostalgic, dine-in vibe, this is...

I had to come and change my review because I just had a bad experience with this store. I know with today a lot of people don’t eat in much. But today me and my 7 yr old stopped in there to eat lunch and to just sit and have a good lunch together some slow down time because with him being autistic we are always busy doing something and we ordered two personal pan pizzas because neither one of us can eat a whole lot and I ordered extra pepperoni and when she brought us out our pizza, I asked her if this was extra pepperoni and she was rude in telling me yes it is and that we are not supposed to put but a few on there. Ok I understand that but I asked for extra pepperoni and was very glad to pay extra for those slices. She just walked off and we never have any issues with this place but today took the cake with me. First of all, I'm thankful that there are still pizza places that you can sit and eat at.

Let's hit the important stuff. The restaurant is clean! Looking back in the kitchen, it looks organized. Carpets have been swept.

I ordered a 6 count wings, fries and a 9" pizza. The wings are definitely better than Dominos and surprisingly better than the pizza I ordered. They were crispy and hot all the way through. Same with the fries. I got Cajun seasoning and highly recommend that.

Pizza was average. Service was slightly slow but very kind and pleasant. First time here and probably will be careful going back because the bill seemed high.
