The young woman who was behind the counter and pulling my parts was the most knowledgeable and professional manner as I have experienced in a very long time, especially in an auto parts store!!!! The employees here are beyond nice. Most places look at us like we are aliens when we walk in after riding the motorcycle, wearing a big back pack. The lady behind the computers asked to help me take the back pack off. That was a first. The store was clean and well organized. The boyfriend bought an item that one employee told him was perfect for what he needed it for, turns out, it wasn't. It wasn't even for the project we had going, but that didn't deter us from going back. Figured maybe the guy had a bad day or something. We all have bad days...

Sick and tired of parts showing as in-stock on the website and it not really being in the store. Wasting my time and money going there to get the part only to be told they have to order it. Then I have to go somewhere else to get the part. Inventory is not hard people. Is this some bait-and-switch scheme, false advertising, or just plain ignorance? Yes I am mad because you are wasting my time which is the most valuable thing I own. I cannot get more time so...
