Lon and Dan's Barber Shop — Local services in Putnam Township

I was home for the summer and had the best treatment form Lon and Dan! I was lucky enough to come in on a Tuesday and to my surprise Lon was working. I tried my hardest not to stare as I fell back into my childhood. I sat patiently like old times waiting as he finished up the haircut he was currently working on. Once I told him who I was, to my surprise he remembered who I was and asked about myself and how the family was doing. I could have sat in that chair for another 3 hours just enjoying the flash from the past but he had more customers waiting.

I went in a second time on the morning of my Michigan wedding for a quick cut and Dan was super nice and cleaned up my beard and hair for a very reasonable price. Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Class act all the way around from what I can tell. Can’t wait to be back in Michigan for another cut. I love the Pinckney memorabilia as well. But could use a few more Michigan State stuff on the wall...

Dan has been cutting my hair over the past 6 years. Coming from the military I am very picky on how my haircut should look. Dan is a perfectionist a true artist behind a set of clippers and scissors. Name the fade, skin tight or bald and I promise you wont be dissatisfied. Theres no other barber worth giving my money too! Great pricing, great atmosphere and even better...

1st time at this barber shop. Greeted by a good boy, Golden Retriver named Scout. Dan gave an awesome haircut and had a good chat. Very reasonably priced and perfect "old school" feeling barber shop environment.
