Quartzsite Senior Center — Local services in Quartzsite

I love going to the Senior Center! The lunches are almost always really good, but mostly I love playing cards. They have several activities like painting groups that come in, the Annual Quilt Show, Bingo 2 nights a week, and of course my favorite....cards! Another perk is they have WiFi which is a small annual fee above the nominal membership fee. Well worth my time and money and made me decide to go back to Quartsite this winter. I will never spend another dollar here again... there "so called" security man was drunk and belligerent and completely out of control and out of line! I did NOT feel safe there and felt as if I was in danger! Alcohol and drama don't mix well and then the volger language, unbusiness like behavior and yelling... NO Thank you!!! I have TILT and am allergic to chemicals and fragrances. The staff at the center has been very helpful to me. I can take my meal to go and they told me about slow times so I am not exposed to as many allergens. Membership comes with a small wifi fee and I can sign in and sit outside if there's a group. I have a really hard time finding any public place that is so cooperative. Y'all are...
